Our Associates are either NLP Master Practitioners or specialists in a particular field of learning and development. Each member of our team is hand-picked for their qualifications, expertise and shared values. Our experience is substantial.

Patsy Wood, Managing Director
Coach, training consultant and Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Patsy has 25 years’ experience delivering learning and development programmes, both in the UK and Europe. She excels in leadership training as part of her coaching and management development skills and she has designed and delivered her own programmes in all aspects of people management. Using brain-friendly and accelerated learning techniques, she relishes helping people make changes in life and work – and believes those achievements are always worth celebrating!

She’s a member of the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP) and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Deb Gilby, Associate
Deb excels in helping individuals and businesses tap into their talents and become even more successful and extraordinary. Specialising in training practice, online learning, NLP, accelerated learning and coaching, she has over 25 years’ experience in learning and development and has an excellent reputation for being able to ‘read’ a group and match their needs. Deb’s background is firmly rooted in developing and motivating people to achieve more than they previously thought possible.

Her clients are from manufacturing, utilities, public sector and government, finance and service-led organisations, and they include Somerfield, Argos, NHS Direct, Sanofi Aventis and Hutchison 3G. She is a member of CIPD and also holds a Kaizen Black Belt in Learning and Facilitation.

Daksha Malik, Associate
As well as her qualifications as an NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP, Daksha has a natural ability to lead and inspire by being able to relate strongly to the people around her – and support them through change. She has 17 years’ experience in operational management with one of the UK’s largest utility companies. Her experience includes 8 years’ senior leadership, including change management.

She is passionate about helping people work out where they want to go and how to move forward to achieve their goals, and she combines this with enthusiasm and drive in all areas of her life and work.

Caroline Harvey, Associate
Caroline has an awesome track record for helping clients create magical outcomes for themselves, their teams and their organisations. Her experience crosses the private and public sectors, particularly in culture change initiatives, organisational development, team dynamics, communication and cultivating leaders. A versatile and dynamic consultant, presenter and facilitator, Caroline is highly skilled at motivating people to grow their talents and skills, realise their potential and become more effective contributors in their own environments.

Her clients include EDF Energy, IBM, BT, RAF, British Nuclear Fuels, Suffolk County Council and Suffolk Mental Health Partnership. Caroline is accredited and practised in Team Management Profile (TMP) and Thinking Style and is also qualified in Group Dynamics, Solution Focus and NLP (as a Master Practitioner and Trainer). She has the Kaizen Black Belt in Learning and Organisational Development and is a PICT Executive Coach.

Jacqui Baverstock
NLP Trainer and Coach

A Registered General Nurse (RGN), Jacqui has 26 years’ experience working in the NHS in a variety of settings, including tertiary, secondary and primary care. She currently works as Clinical Team Leader in a community team with Croydon Primary Care Trust. She has a broad experience of working with children, young people and adults from many different cultures, backgrounds and healthcare needs and is a confident and committed professional.

Her qualifications include Registered Sick Children’s Nurse (RSCN), BSc Child Health and BSc (Hons) Community Nursing Practitioner. Jacqui also has several coaching and NLP qualifications, including Master NLP Practitioner and a Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching.

Jean Hamilton Smith, Associate
Jean’s career pulls together a range of experience, including public and private sector operations management, graduate study, recruitment, travelling and living abroad and running her own company. Her valuable experience with BT for over 20 years embraced the transition from a monopoly to deregulation and onwards into the exciting world of competition. She held several operational management positions with BT, including in sales, customer service and field sales support.

Her abundant people skills led her to be headhunted into commercial recruitment. Her 7 years’ experience in London in this sector further strengthened her significant skills set and, in 2003, she was awarded a Fellowship of the Recruitment and Employment Federation’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Christel Friberg,
Business Mentor

Christel has a passion for business development and seeing other people succeed. With a strong business background (Christel ran her own hugely successful business in the textile industry for approximately 6 years), Christel's business acumen is one of her key strengths in her role as a business mentor.

After qualifying as a business coach with the International Business Coaching Institute, Christel delivered several successful seminars to local groups on topics such as 'Marketing in a Recession', 'Customer Retention Secrets' and 'Practical Time Management', before joining Dynamic Development Solutions.

Christel specialises in the provision of high quality support for the smaller business, which she supports whilst skilfully splitting her time between Copenhagen and Milton Keynes.

Nicky Boobyer,
Consultant

Nicky is a highly professional and experience training and development consultant who specialises in leadership and behavioural development and change. Nicky is passionate about helping others fulfil their potential - using her knowledge and experience from different industry sectors to the full allowing her to coach and support clients and delegates in exploring new methods in Training and HR best practice.

As a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP with over 12 years experience, Nicky has managed, designed and delivered a broad spectrum of leading edge business training and HR solutions, from company strategic development solutions to targeted programmes for Head Office and departmental development.

Her clients are from a range of sectors and include the likes of: Alcan, Hyundai, Johnson & Johnson, Legoland and MVC Entertainment.
